Implantable hardware (including but not limited to trauma locking plates, spine fixation screws, and interlocking nails) must only be implanted by qualified, licensed orthopedic surgeons who have undergone formal training in surgical reconstruction procedures.
We do not assume liability for surgical failures, mechanical failures due to patient non-compliance, improper selection of implant dimensions, or unauthorized modifications to surgical instrumentation.
All brand names, specifications, product designs, and technical catalog materials are protected under active trademark and patent registrations. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial duplication of implant geometry is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.
